My Approach
I believe that every meal should be a memorable experience. That's why I take a personalized approach to every dish I create. I work closely with my clients to understand their tastes and preferences, and I use my creativity to craft unique and delicious meals that they will love.
I only buy what’s in season and beautiful—straight from local farms.
Menus are available upon request... but come on, don’t you love a good surprise?
You just tell me your likes, dislikes, allergies, and food style.
Then we pick a delivery day—usually Tuesday or Wednesday.
Once a week, I show up, walk you through everything (including the best way to reheat), and that’s it.
Meals last 10 days in the fridge and are freezer-friendly too.

6-20 courses all paired perfectly with a menagerie of wines that have some connection to the food besides their compatibility on the palate. its a virtual walk thru the vines as we tell stories about where what and why as we dazzle your senses. its a magnificent evening for you and your closest.
